Promor's scope included the design, supply, and integration of the complete turret mooring system, encompassing the turret head and shaft assembly, swivel stack, gantry structure, piping systems, pig receiving facilities, turret winch and hydraulic power unit (HPU), and rigid arm structure. In addition, Promor provided the engineering required for the successful integration of the turret system into the vessel bow structure.

The mooring system comprises a 3 x 3 all-chain arrangement secured by driven pile foundations, providing reliable station-keeping in an environment subject to seasonal tropical cyclones and severe metocean conditions.

The riser system incorporates an 8-inch crude oil riser and a 4-inch gas riser, facilitating the transfer of hydrocarbons from the production facilities to the FSO. Integrated pig receiving facilities were provided for both condensate and fuel gas lines to support operational integrity and maintenance requirements.

Promor also provided the engineering required for the successful integration of the turret system into the vessel bow structure.
