  • SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER_ Over his numerous years holding senior positions in the offshore oil and gas industry, Andre Dutter has developed a down to earth, no-nonsense approach to leadership that encourages team performances and efficiency whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.  

    This approach, and his thinking-out-of-the-box abilities, combined with Promor’s highly efficient and dynamic environment, allows Andre and his team to deliver successful projects, on time and within budget, to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  • HSE ENGINEER & INTERNAL AUDITOR_ With more than two decades of industry experience, Lwin Kway Swar is a highly respected HSE professional dedicated to promoting safe, sustainable, and efficient project delivery. His leadership in health, safety, environmental management, and internal auditing reinforces Promor's commitment to excellence across all operations.

  • HSE ENGINEER_ Muhammad Zulfadly brings extensive experience across offshore engineering, EPC projects, and HSE management systems.
